FirstShield Tax Specialists is a frontline-focused tax practice serving firefighters, EMTs, dispatchers, security teams, healthcare workers and the neighbors who support them. This project covered a full brand system—positioning, messaging, web design and visual identity—built to speak in clear, human language to people who run toward the call, not away from it.

Objectives

Build a frontline-focused brand identity that feels trustworthy, calm and direct.
Design a website that explains tax support in plain language for first responders and working families.
Highlight key services like tax prep, refund estimates, side-gig support and credit education.
Create a visual system that works across web, social, print pieces and event materials.
Reinforce the core promise: “You protect the community… we protect your refund.”
